How It Works

From Awareness
to a Second Chance

Here's how we work with our community and partners to support an animal in need.

Get In Touch →

Step 01

Case Reported

A community member, local authority, or partner brings an animal in need to our attention.

Step 02

Assessment & Coordination

Our team looks into the case and coordinates with local vets, authorities, and volunteers to plan the right support.

Step 03

Care Is Arranged

Wherever we're able to help, we work with our network to arrange treatment, first aid, or relief for the animal.

Step 04

Treatment & Recovery

Where the animal comes into our care, it receives proper attention and observation until it recovers.

Step 05

Release or Sanctuary Care

Once fit, the animal is released back — or if it can't survive alone, it stays under our long-term care.

Why Elefantastic

Why People Trust Us With Their Rescue Calls

We're not a big organisation with a fancy office. We're the people who actually go when the call comes — day or night.

We Put the Animal First

Every case is guided by what's best for the animal, not by paperwork or procedure.

Trained Handlers, Not Volunteers Alone

Every elephant and large animal case is handled by someone with actual field experience.

We Don't Abandon Long-Term Cases

Some animals can never go back to the wild. We keep and care for them for as long as they live.
